Royal Harbor is a waterfront community that was originally developed in the 1960’s through the 1970’s. It consists of over 400 single family homes located on the Eastern shore of Naples Bay. All of which are on canals that have direct access to Naples Bay and Gordon Pass to the Gulf of Mexico. All of the waterfront homes have boat docks but a buyer must inquire as to the water depth of the canal to access Naples Bay. Some of the canals can support deep draft sail boats while others are limited to shallow draft power boats. Royal Harbor homes have gone through a great transformation over the last 15 years. Many of the older homes have been torn down and new grand luxury waterfront estate homes have taken their place. Royal Harbor real estate is considered one of the better values for those seeking a direct access waterfront property. Royal Harbor Naples pricing start in the mid 900’s for an original older home that would need to be completely reconstructed or torn down to make way for a new custom home and up to 5.5 Million for a lot that has already had a new luxury custom home built. Royal Harbor Home Owners Association dues are $50 per year. The roadways are public roads and maintained by the City of Naples. The Association manages the common areas and enforcement of the bylaws, rules and regulations.
